1. Overview

This website is operated by Sweet Glam Swimwear LLC ("Sweet Glam Swimwear," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting sweetglamswimwear.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (https://sweetglamswimwear.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate and complete information when you check out and to keep your account details secure.

3. Our products

Most of our swimwear, accessories and candles are handmade in small batches. Because of that, slight differences in color, print placement, texture, crystal shape and size are normal and make each piece one of a kind; they aren't defects. Product colors may also look a little different depending on your screen.

Please check each product's description and our size details before ordering. Quantities are limited, and once a style sells out it may not return.

4. Candles and crystals

Our candles are made to be enjoyed safely. Always follow the care instructions, never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable, and remove the crystal before the flame reaches it. Candles are used at your own risk, and we aren't responsible for injury or damage from misuse.

Each crystal is chosen with love, and the meanings, rituals and intentions we share are meant to inspire your own practice and add a little magic to your space. They're for enjoyment and personal reflection only, and they aren't a promise or guarantee of any financial, health, emotional or other outcome. Crystals and candles are not a substitute for professional medical, financial or legal advice.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

6. Orders and cancellations

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, exceed quantity limits or contain errors. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you. To cancel or change your order, email us right away. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we can't guarantee changes. Custom pieces can't be canceled once production starts.

7. Shipping

Orders ship within 5 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Please enter a complete and correct shipping address; we aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided. 8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (https://sweetglamswimwear.com/policies/refund-policy). Candles and items marked final sale can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our designs, photos, logos, text and the Sweet Glam Swimwear name, belongs to Sweet Glam Swimwear LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or ideas, you give us permission to use them, including in marketing, without payment to you. You agree that anything you submit is your own, is truthful, and doesn't contain anything unlawful, offensive or misleading.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload viruses or harmful code, scrape or copy content, interfere with the site's security, or place fraudulent orders.

12. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and some features (payments, shipping and apps) are provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their services.

13. Disclaimer

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies, and we don't guarantee the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sweet Glam Swimwear LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

15. Indemnification

You agree to protect Sweet Glam Swimwear LLC and its owners from any claims, losses or costs that result from your breaking these terms or misusing our products or site.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
